تاثیر رقابت‌پذیری استعدادها بر کیفیت زندگی

چکیده

مطالعة حاضر به بررسی رابطة رقابت‌پذیری استعدادها و کیفیت زندگی می‌پردازد. زیرا ارتقای کیفیت زندگی، به‌عنوان یکی از اهداف اصلی سیاست‌های توسعه‌ای، وابسته به توانایی کشورها در بهره‌گیری مؤثر از سرمایه انسانی و ایجاد بستر مناسب برای پرورش و جذب استعدادها است. در این راستا، رابطه مذکور در 18 کشور در حال توسعه برتر از نظر تولید علم طی دوره 2023-2013 بررسی و برای ارتقای دقت نتایج و کاهش عدم قطعیت در مدل‌سازی، از رویکرد میانگین‌گیری بیزی از برآوردهای کلاسیک در قالب 7 حالت رگرسیونی استفاده شده‌است. همچنین سرمایه انسانی و فناوری اطلاعات به‌عنوان متغیرهای کنترلی لحاظ گردیده‌است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد فناوری اطلاعات و سرمایه انسانی در تمامی معادلات اثر مثبت و معنادار بر کیفیت زندگی داشته‌اند. در میان اجزای رقابت‌پذیری استعدادها، توانمندسازی، جذب، رشد استعداد و مهارت‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای دارای ضرایب مثبت و احتمال شمول پسین بالا هستند که نشان‌دهنده پشتیبانی تجربی قوی از نقش آن‌ها در تبیین کیفیت زندگی است. در مقابل، نگهداشت استعدادها و مهارت‌های دانش جهانی احتمال شمول پسین پایین‌تری دارند و داده‌ها حمایت کافی برای اثرگذاری معنادار آن‌ها ارائه نمی‌کنند. همچنین مقایسه ضرایب میانگین بیانگر آن است که مهارت‌های فنی‌و‌حرفه‌ای بزرگ‌ترین ضریب میانگین را دارد و پس از آن شاخص کلی رقابت‌پذیری استعدادها، رشد، توانمندسازی و جذب استعداد قرار می‌گیرند. در میان متغیرهای کنترلی نیز، سرمایه انسانی دارای بزرگ‌ترین ضریب میانگین است. بر این اساس، توصیه می‌شود سیاست‌گذاران در کشورهای درحال‌توسعه با تقویت سرمایه انسانی، گسترش زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات و بهبود سیاست‌های پرورش و جذب استعدادها، مسیر ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و رفاه پایدار را هموار سازند.
