تأثیر رشد بی‌قاعده نقدینگی بر فساد و پیامدهای آن بر تورم و نابرابری توزیع درآمد در ایران

چکیده

رشد بی‌ قاعده نقدینگی به طور مزمن، ارزش پول ملی را کاهش می‌دهد و زمینه را برای سوداگری در بازارهای دارایی فراهم می‌کند. این فرآیند می‌تواند با پدید آوردن رانت‌های اقتصادی و فساد، منابع را از فعالیت‌های مولد به سمت فعالیت‌های نامولد و سوداگرانه منحرف نماید. از سوی دیگر، فساد مالی و تورم ناشی از نقدینگی بالا به‌طور متقابل تقویت‌کننده همدیگر بوده و در نهایت به تشدید نابرابری‌های توزیع درآمد می‌انجامد. گرچه رابطه‌های دوطرفه بین فساد و نابرابری توزیع درآمد و نیز رابطه‌های جداگانه بین نقدینگی و تورم به طور گسترده در ادبیات اقتصادی بررسی شده‌اند، اما مدلسازی براساس یک چارچوب سیستمی که حلقه بازخوردی بین رشد نقدینگی و فساد را در کانون تحلیل قرار دهد کمتر مورد توجه بوده است. این پژوهش با استفاده از داده‌های سالانه دوره 2023-1984 و به کارگیری مدل سیستم معادلات همزمان، به بررسی این روابط چند وجهی می‌پردازد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که رشد بی قاعده نقدینگی در ایران با ایجاد رانت‌های اقتصادی، فساد را تشدید می‌کند. این رشد نه تنها به‌طور مستقیم، بلکه از طریق دامن زدن به فساد، به تشدید تورم و تعمیق نابرابری درآمدی می‌انجامد. همچنین، فساد و تورم در یک رابطه متقابل، یکدیگر را تقویت می‌کنند. نتایج، وابستگی متقابل این متغیرها را تأیید و به شکل‌گیری یک چرخه معیوب انجامیده که تورم دورقمی و نابرابری درآمدی را در اقتصاد ایران تداوم بخشیده است.
